The idea was to get their interaction before they ran and then track their course. I turned through Stuart Palley’s photos editing them down to eight strong shots. I think that they three photos selected displayed the morning cold, the movement of the group and their personality after finishing the run..

Photographer: Jaime Henry-White Published: October 11, 2012. This shoot was my first take on making the second edit. Jaime sent me photos she selected from location and I narrowed them down from there. It was pretty cool to see what the designers chose for the third edit in print.

Photographer: Ben Hoste Published: November 25, 2012. I think that editing these photos about a local post office was most interesting because it was not a daily news story but perhaps a bigger issue. I chose the photos I did to make people think about where our mail services are headed.
